Yes I have and am looking at one right now. It is one of the first I have
seen with TTfonts and they are all over the place but it is otherwise
manageable. I am not advocating tracing, but if that is what is needed,
then the way to do it is over an XRef. Indeed, I submit that XReffing the
ACad is usually the first option, no matter what shape the file is in.

Sometimes, like the job I have at the moment, the information actually
needed is so little that tracing would be a fair option. It could be
simpler to do that than try to explain the problem to the idiot who sent
you the junk in the first place. This particulalrly applies if he/she is
using something other than plain-vanilla AutoCad.
