Yes...when you load the hatch and get the scale you like, go into Hatch
Type (F0) in the Hatching Menu and pick Lock Scale (F0).

This will lock the hatch at that scale even if you scale it up or down.

         Sometimes I copy something that has a hatch pattern and then
paste it onto another sheet and enlarge it.  While the drawing items
enlarge, the hatch scale does not.  So, I manually change the hatch
scale.  Is there any way to get the hatch scale to enlarge with the rest
of the drawing?  Using the latest version of Dcad.  TIA...
