DBUG> importing ACAD files

OK, I just don't do this enough to know how it works.  I was sent a site 
plan from an engineer.  I can open it up in DWG TrueView, but I don't know 
how to import it into a DCAD drawing so that I can actually use it.  Any 
help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
