DBUG> Erase

To those who responded to my query about inability to erase:  Thanks.
   
  I saved the drawing, restarted the computer and on bringing in the drawing
again was able to erase and to place the drawing in one layer.  I am ashamed to
tell you I do not know what happened.  I suppose the re-start did it, but I
cannot be sure.
