Symbol?  Need to include insertion point  ( I believe you said it was
just a line though)

You've ID'd the line so you know you can pick it.

Have you tried moving it to a different location and erasing it?


Just some ideas.

To you who answered my query about being unable to erase an item:  There
were no layers locked.  I might add that I am unable to place this
drawing in one layer.  In attempting to erase, I get the message "too
far from and entity"
although I am right on it>  Any more ideas?
