DBUG> to change a pdf file to a dwg

I use ProjeCAD. You can get a demo on line, which expires in 30 days. 
I bought it - $300. It makes a dxf, not a dwg. It's worth it to me, 
as often a client has a pdf but it's hard to get the original CAD 
file from wherever he got it. However, I've found that at times a 
file won't convert.
