DBUG> hardware lock

The funniest thing happened (didn't happen, actually).  I loaded Dcad
8.5 into my new NT4 machine and it doesn't recognize the hardware lock.
I cant analyze the situation because I can't open the program.  All the
other features (DCViewer, etc.) work fine.  Any ideas?
I always knew the hardware lock was useless on my laptop, now it proves
itself useless on a dedicated workstation.....
