DBUG> curved ceiling vault

David + others,

1. Only 3D elements can be rotated in 3D space - a polyline is only 2D
2. If you want a smooth barrel vaulted ceiling with no cleanup afterwards,
model using horizontal cylinders with a start and end angle set to your
requirements. Model in either plan or elevation view - just remember where
your axis are when you rotate (in elevation Y-axis is up/down the screen).
Note, I've found a small bug in the rotation of axis when your model is
INSIDE a clipcibe. Turn off clipcube and the axis are back to 'normal'. -
Use NoEdge under Hide/Options menu to remove all facets during HLR.
3. Another method is to use a horizontal slab traced around snapping points
attached to two 2D curves defining the shape of your curved ceiling in plan.
Remember to draw your 3D H/slab with a Z-base and Z-hite set before you
start. Rotate in X-axis at 270 deg. to flip from plan view to elevation
view.
4. Another method is to simply draw two 2D curves with Z-base and Z-hite
set, then Explode to polygons and rotate into place using 3Drotate.
