When makin' new layers...

Before making new layers (L, F9), do an Identify Set/All on an entity that
has the settings that you would like the new layers to be "cloned" in the
image of.  Settings that are matched include things like color, grid, etc.
Don't forget to do this, otherwise you'll end up having to change certain
settings on each new layer that you added later on, a bit of a pain.
