I haven't received my version yet (it's hopefully in the mail), but 
this could be problematic if a SOFTWARE upgrade requires a HARDWARE 
upgrade in order to maintain even the same level of performance.  I 
had planned to upgrade the graphics card to take advantage of the new 
drivers (so long to vesa256) but I'm worried that my Pentium 200 will 
still suffer a speed loss.  This alone would keep me from using the 
upgrade, because in my case it wouldn't be.
