DBUG> Plot to file!

Hello !
After getting my dcad 8 which I run under win95, I got a driver from our
local dealer for an HPGL/2 plotter  to send my plots to the plotting
service I use. The thing is I get the prompt to save to a default *.prn
instead do *.plt , So I type the name of the file  , say  Str001.plt ,
the funny thing is the size of the .plt files I get which are about
double the size of the .dc5 file.

My question is: Is there a way to change this default *.prn I am getting?

What is the reason for such large size .plt files ?
