DBUG> DataCAD 8.05 - Panning is slow

I have just loaded DataCAD 8.05 for Windows on my computer before loading it
on the other workstations.

I like what I see so for, but I am very frustrated with panning around the
drawings. Everytime
I pan around the drawing the whole drawing has to regenerate and thus waste
alot of time. 

Drawing file size is not large around 700K - 1500K, but there is typical
wall hatching etc.

Computer is Pentium 233 MMX with 64m of ram and 4meg Diamond Sleath 3D 2000
Pro Video Card

Is there a solution to this problem, I'm pulling whats left of my hair out
in waiting for the drawing to 
regenerate all the time.

Think I'll go back to DataCAD 7.50 which runs to fantastically
