Fred raises some pretty good points regarding lines having different
attributes, color, spacing, type, etc., which I have not thought about (or
tested) - which is easy enough to do.

One condition which does cause this prompt is when--
The two lines are not extensions of each other when this question is asked.
By hitting yes you will be creating a line which uses two farthest apart
endpoints. One or both of the other interior endpoints were not directly on
the same line. -Depending on what you are doing this is OK or not.

It might be ok to have a toggle to turn off this question, but I'd probably
still have it toggled "on" because I usually want to know about this condition.
