David, I have basically the same setup with ATI Graphics Ultra Pro and EIDE
card, but I don't use the vesa mode in DataCad, I use the 8514 graphics mode
and it woks fine and I beleive this is the desired config. for this card.  I
also use Qemm7 and I do know that there are some exclusions but at this time
I can't tell you what they are.
