The original posting which started this thread made the simple suggestion
that the And Copy function toggle off automatically after exiting the move
menu. Thus we would still have it available for use when wanted. All of the
subsequent suggestions (changes to the copy menu) are great as well, but
seem to have dropped the idea that we might also keep the And Copy option in
move. This would maintain that Datacad advantage of having several ways to
do something, but would get around the problem of copying by mistake. (Just
did it again this morning...)
As always, I'm curious what the f.k.a. Datacad folks think of these ideas.
Can we get two-way feedback from you? I know there's been a lot of Wish List
traffic, but it would be interesting to know what the powers-that-be think
of some of the suggestions. We're trying to help improve your (already
great) product...
(Lest you think i'm just griping, the 7.0x fixes and additions tell us that
you *are* listening and interested. It'd just be nice to have your more
active involvment here.)
