My source has cited the following scenario: Davie's family lives (and has lived) in CA. Davies had an underlying plan in the pricing structure of DataCAD to build some QUICK capital, as he had plans to MOVE CADKey to CA. These plans apparently didn't pan out, so he decided it's wasn't worth his time anymore, and move back to CA without the company.. Go figure..
