Estimator

Anybody know what the Estimator module is all about?  I don't think it was 
in the beta package at all, so is it a 3rd party add-on? The flyer 
describes it as looking like a "manual paper method on-screen".  Is it a 
spreadsheet program and how does it tie into DataCAD?  I am curious about 
it but I guess I will have to buy it to find out.
