DBUG> Can setup Dcad 10 in XP

I was having cronic OS problems and bit the bullet and installed XP Pro. 
Now I load the dcad 10 disk and double click on setup.exe and it won't 
respond. I've downloaded the SP hardware lock driver.

If anyone could give a quick response, I'd appreciate it.
