Stu:
1. As to steam rooms, saunas, spas, specialties like that, I avoid
designing them AFAP, preferring "package deals", wherein the installer
specifies what he/she needs and then I stick it in there,
well-attributed. There are lots of "steam-environments" out
there--fiberglass boxes, gasketed-doors, all plumbing and controls, and
plenty of CYA recommendations. This is not to say you've got anything
wrong--sounded fine to me.

2. G-90 really caught my eye, since I am the number one champion of
hot-dipped galvanized steel anything(but only AFTER FABRICATION mind
you--welding, stamping and cutting screws everything up...).
San Antonio has the nearest really-big vats; Austin's can't handle much
but 4X8 anything.

3. G-90 spec is for heavy industrial environments--special order,
usually. G-60 is Home Depot.
I have long lusted after the weathered-gray, large-crystal patina "look"
on Texas Highway guardrails and light/sign standards. I recently learned
that the TXDOT spec is G-150! Pits. No way....
