DBUG> 2 hardlock drivers

I ended up calling DataCAD technical support to resolve this problem,
and I did the following. The technician indicated that this might be an
NT only issue. On the DataCAD Plus CD there is an Installs directory,
and a subdirectory of that called Hardlock. First we ran from a command
prompt 'hldinst.exe -remove' to remove the previous drivers. Next we ran
hldrv32.exe to install the 32 bit updated drivers. Now I have both
hardlocks in tandem, and both programs function correctly.
