Larry,
Many Thanks for the tips--printed them out, but, as you say, Very Adept
Programmers are at work.  Four I tried to remove.  One worked.  Other
three, message said removing one would remove the entire "group".  In
other words, if I wanted to keep WP8, I had to hang on to all the AOL
subscription screens, auto-search-engines for this and that, data-base
programs, general trash that auto-installed with WP8.  Same with my
wife's Bridge Game(Sierra) and my Hoyle Poker Game!  Almost like viruses
and I think these practices are insidious and dishonest...OTOH, how else
can you explain all the airy "profits"(--nee, decreasing losses) these
outfits report year after year.  e.g.:  "We sold 500,000 copies of Sierra
On-Line in 1999".  I can just read their prospectuses(prospectii?) now...
