DBUG> drawing files
Datacad Users,
This is an informal survey type question. I would like to know office
protocol regarding drawing file management. The main question is do you keep
more than one drawing in a single drawing file? or do you dedicate one
drawing per file? Some firms apparently have for example all floor plans,
reflected ceilng plans, etc. in one drawing file, with hundreds of layers,
etc. While others generate multiple floors from a single file and then
transfer floor layers to a new file. I can see pros and cons both ways.
Anyone willing to offer their office standard protocol would be appreciated.
Thank you for your attention, David B. Whitford, R.A., A.I.A.
