Aloha Scott,

The first step is to contact the plotting service to get their specifications
and requirements.  They may have drivers available for their plotters, etc.
Some revelant points/questions:
  Will they accept e-mail files?
  Or is there a direct connect number?
  Only on disk (archaic)?
  Pickup? delivery?
  Color assignment to pen thickness?
  Files types? (.plt, .dwg)
All these ?'s and more can be best answered by them.  Shop around, prices will
vary but not by much.  Most will send or fax their spec sheets.
