I bet that your local burocrats (bureaucrats), will have invented some extra
code for you, that close to a volcanoe.
(ash loading for the roof, asbestos house piles, sprinkler system for the
rose-bushes).
Over here they have invented this system that tells you exactly what your
earthquake and wind loadings are likely to be by just looking at a simple
map, and the latest invention of the boys is a grid that defines the impact
of corrosive sea-spray !!!. :-> (or rather :-<).
