Way OT: RE: DBUG> Re: Allen's cell phone towers

So I had this one client who believed, I mean really BELIEVED, that
electricity was coming into her rooms via the little cracks under the doors.
So she always kept her little rat dog in her arms or a little cloth sack she
had made for her, to kept her out of harm's way.

It's funny, there's one camp of zealots who will swear that EMFs are harmful
at about any range. And right in about the same camp are those who swear by
the miraculous healing benefits of powerful magnets velcroed to various
parts of one's anatomy.

Folks from both camps love a sunny day, soaking up a wide variety of
radiation. My favorites are, if I recall, the Gamma Rays, which zip right
through our entire planet without even slowing down! Makes it clear that
matter is mostly NOT.

Electromagnetic radiation is funny stuff. A broad spectrum. Radio and TV
broadcasts are carried by it. But what's gonna toast you more, listening to
broadcast propaganda or being fried by the waves the tripe is carried upon?
I imagine there are those on the fringe who even fear looking at things, as
all visible light is but a small segment of that same wide spectrum of
electromagnetic radiation. Watch out for that purple, it'll cause X!

I had another client who refused to have Edison electricity in their home.
So they insisted that their place be "off the grid." So it's all powered by
photovoltaic cells. The husband wired the entire place himself, all of it in
rigid steel conduit. Not Romex. Not EMT. Rigid steel. But the system he
installed was of his own design. He would not listen to me as I tried to
tell him it was way too small for normal needs. So to this day they live
without air conditioning out here in the heat of the desert. This is the
same couple that swears that a psychic told them to purchase that particular
lot, telling them, "They" had been there before, and that "they" would come
again." (Meaning ETs). Go figure.
